To produce and deliver your videos, communicate with you about your order, process payments, and provide support. We rely on the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running the service, as the legal basis for processing.
We use trusted service providers only to run the service: Stripe (payments), Zoho Mail (email), Vercel (website hosting), and a form provider for onboarding submissions. We do not sell your personal data, and we don't share it for advertising.
We keep client and project data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@showingreel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Our marketing site uses only what's necessary to serve the pages and process checkout. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
